1. FREE GROUND SHIPPING, All on-line orders for Jotto Desk products exceeding $150 are shipped Ground Freight - FedEx Free (Alaska and Hawaii excluded.)
   
   
2. Freight to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at UPS or FedEx on-line estimated rates.
   
   
3. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization (RMA) number.
   Call 1-866-587-4661 to obtain an RMA number.
   
   
4. Returned merchandise  purchased on-line and not by bid or quote, will be shipped with ground freight prepaid by us. To arrange a return, call us toll free 866-587-4661 to arrange for an RMA number. We will provide a shipping slip that is to be attached to the return carton. Any damages to the product will be deducted from the refund. Returns of open carton or product used must be returned within 30 days. Any unopened, unused Jotto Desk merchandise can be returned up to 1 year from purchase date. Partial order returns do not qualify. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for prepaid return freight. Merchandise returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be refused.

6. FREE FREIGHT BOTH WAYS  We take all the risk. If, for any reason, you do not want to keep your Jotto Desk, we will pay the return freight (ground) back to the warehouse, with an authorized RMA number. Free return freight does not apply to desks returned after 30 days or partial returns of orders. This is limited to retail sales and does not include special quotes, fleet and bulk purchases.
